Tourist Attraction, Devon
The business under review here is a farm attraction based in rural Devon, the business has been trading for a number of years using the same local suppliers for over 10 years. Having reviewed the purchasing we were able to identify savings and efficiencies totalling just under 20k out of a total combined spend of 105k.

Members Golf Club, Bristol
This Golf Club has been in existence for over 100 years. When we first reviewed the purchasing here the business was 3yrs into a loan agreement that tied them into a deal that impacted negatively on the operating profit of the clubhouse. On careful review the club were able to pay off the loan and reduce costs by some 12.5k across the drinks category.
