In line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) May 2018 and as part of our commitment to your business, this document is to confirm what we will be doing with the data you have allowed us access to, in relation to the services we provide at RPG.

For the purposes of this Directive:
‘personal data’ shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

Regency Purchasing Group holds personal information about you in the form of contact details, limited to the following information:

• Name
• Business Address
• Postcode
• Email Address
• Telephone Contact information

We hold this information for the sole reason of delivering our services to you, and these details will never be given to a third party or sold.

In addition to this personal information, we hold business data which relates only to the services we provide.

We confirm that any data you provide to us will be used to:

• Identify any cost savings for your business and offer you special prices or promotional offers provided to us by our suppliers.
• Analyse your data and advise you on any potential benefits for your business.
• Share the data within our business and with other trusted suppliers to ensure that the advice we provide to you is thoroughly researched and relevant to your business and in accordance with your instructions.
• Update you on any services we feel may be of benefit to your business
• Use invoice and purchasing information relating to your business to analyse the market and ensure the best prices and purchases on your behalf

• Contact you if we need further information, or to provide you with updates on work we are carrying out for you.
• Assist in providing you with access to market trends and information, either via our systems, newsletters or other methods which you may prefer
• Supply you with consolidated invoice and purchasing information via our customer facing system.

As part of the Regulations, we would also like to advise you that:

• You are always in charge of your data.
• You can change your mind at any time and ask us to cease holding your data.
• We will keep your data safe and secure and will make sure that those we work with will do the same.
• We will provide you upon request with details of all data that we hold relating to your business.
• We will cease holding your data if you no longer require our services.
