London in the Sky quite literally takes dining to new heights; two 22-seat restaurants are suspended in the air by cranes with views over The 02 and city skyline.

The experience launched last month and offers eight flights per day, including breakfast, prosecco and cake, lunch, cocktails and dinner. Each flight features a specially created, premium menu of food and/or drinks, curated by top London chefs and mixologists and served right in front of diners at the Sky Table.

Regency Purchasing Group has been working with Eventist Group, (the event catering company behind London in the Sky), for almost six years, and our purchasing partnership has recently involved sourcing and selecting food and drink suppliers for the new London in the Sky experience.

But it’s not come without it's challenges… when a wine supplier failed to deliver, the Regency team stepped in and sourced and arranged delivery of wine samples, which were then agreed, ordered and delivered within just four days. A great result!
