Numerous overstock and availability issues were experienced by suppliers across all categories as a result of the first lock down, but especially Fresh product.

The good news is that the steep learning curve experienced by all, has meant for the second lockdown suppliers and manufacturers are better prepared.  Speaking to all Regency Suppliers they are confident that all products will be available, with very few reported problems across the entire supply chain.

The Fresh category does provide additional challenges, and whilst our suppliers do not envisage any issues, our advice would be to air on the side of caution and look to provide as much notice as possible for your requirements, this gives them the best opportunity in ensuring your orders are met in full when reopening.
