We reported in our previous newsletter that the unprecedented cold weather in Spain was causing numerous availability issues for crops. The good news is that the weather has dramatically improved and is forecasted to continue to improve.

This will not mean an instant turnaround in terms of quality and availability as the warmer weather will need to melt snow and ice; which in its own right creates a flooding challenge, but the positive news is that things are improving.
