Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

Employees of Regency Purchasing Group, Pepsico and associated businesses and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants must complete the entry form on regencypurchasing.co.uk by 00:01 on 8 June 2025.

Each participant can submit one entry only.

Competition Period

The competition ends at 00:01 on 8 June 2025.

Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Prizes

The prize is for approximately £200.00 of Walkers products, supplied by Pepsico. This equates to approximately 5-6 cases at £1.10~ RSP. Products may be delivered in batches, subject to prior arrangement.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Regency Purchasing Group and Pepsico reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random on 9 June 2025.

Winners will be notified via email within seven days of the selection.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Regency Purchasing Group and Pepsico reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Regency Purchasing Group and Pepsico reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of any technical failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

Regency Purchasing Group and Pepsico accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

Regency Purchasing Group and Pepsico is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

Privacy

Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in Regency Purchasing Group’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
