Andy Chan has recently joined the Regency team taking on the role of Development Chef.
In this newly-created role, Andy will work with Regency members to offer a holistic and impartial view on menus, recipes and food concepts, recommending products and developing innovative, on-trend and profitable food offerings.
Andy will also review menu consistency to ensure high standard of quality and presentation, assist with the reduction in food miles as members work towards their net zero goals, ensure menus comply with food policies and legislation and support the mobilisation of new businesses as our members launch new sites and offerings.
With over 20 years' experience in the catering and hospitality industry, including Head Chef and senior kitchen roles at Marriott, Hilton Doubletree, Luxury Family Hotels and Loch Fyne Seafood, Andy's knowledge and expertise has already been instrumental in the launch of new food offerings across numerous Regency members' sites.
