At ONE LIVING, founder and former England Rugby captain Jonny Wilkinson believes that wellbeing isn't built through one big change, but through the small actions we take every day.

Through a range of scientifically developed living drinks, ONE LIVING is on a mission to help people support their gut health, daily energy and overall wellbeing. By working with the connection between the gut and the brain, their products are designed to help create stronger foundations for performance, recovery and resilience.

ONE LIVING x REGENCY

Regency Purchasing Group is proud to support ONE LIVING and its mission to help people unlock more of their potential through simple, everyday wellbeing habits.

As Jonny explains:

"There are huge synergies between us and Regency Purchasing Group. This desire to help people, bring out the best in them and understand what can make a positive difference in life is something we both share."

In this latest video, Jonny introduces ONE LIVING's Daily Super Shots range and explains why supporting your wellbeing from within can help you show up at your best, whether at work, in sport or in everyday life.

About ONE LIVING

ONE LIVING has always been about more than drinks. As a certified B-Corp and proud partner of the Mental Health Foundation, the business is committed to supporting wellbeing in meaningful ways.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, ONE LIVING launched its "Do One Thing For You" campaign, encouraging people to take small but powerful actions to support their mental wellbeing. These free resources remain available through the QR code found on every product and via the ONE LIVING website. Alongside this initiative, ONE LIVING donated £10,000 from sales of its Organic Kombucha range to support the vital work of the Mental Health Foundation.
