Liberation Group celebrated a triple win at the Publican Awards on Wednesday 30 March - the only business to win three awards on the night!

The UK and Channel Islands-based business, and long-standing Regency member, took home the titles of Best Accommodation Operator, Best Managed Pub Company (51+ sites) and Best Premium Food Offer.

Hosted by Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness in front of 1,500 at Evolution London in Battersea, a wide range of businesses were recognised for outstanding work in the face of challenging circumstances.

Regency Purchasing Group has been proudly working with The Liberation Group, owner of Butcombe Brewery, for almost 10 years and our partnership has continued to strengthen as their business has evolved and experienced significant growth.

Formed in 2008, The Liberation Group acquired Butcombe Brewery in 2015, and since then has continued to acquire new sites as well as completing extensive refurbishments throughout the portfolio. In 2020, the group acquired a further 21 sites from Wadworth Brewery and has completed extension refurbishments on many of these new sites.

The team at Regency Purchasing Group worked closely with Liberation Group team to manage supplier accounts, secure group pricing and oversee delivery schedules, while ensuring all supplier and purchasing data was accurate within their procurement system.
