The Regency Purchasing Group team visited Nisbets National Catering Equipment Centre and spent the day exploring just a handful of the brands and products available from this national supplier.

We started the day learning more about the fascinating world of accelerated cooking; Nisbets Executive Chef - Chris John and Regency Purchasing Group's Development Chef - Andrew Chan joined forces to cook the team a selection of amazing dishes using these powerful, compact catering appliances (great for quick serve sites!)

Plus, Luke Jones from Churchill China showed us a selection of crockery and tableware, Lindsey Nash talked us through Middleby's state-of-the-art catering equipment, Edward Johnstone gave us information about the commercial glass washers and dishwashers by Classeq and Winterhalter UK, Nicky Gale and Keith Porter introduced us to Mitre Linen products and services and Daniel Robinson explained the multiple benefits of Chef Leasing.

All of this was perfectly executed by the Nisbets team - a big thank you to Jill Carter, Sam Rousseau, Richard Acey, Lucy-Mae Robbins, Hannah O’Flaherty and Sara Shahebrahimy for a fantastic and hugely informative day.
