Organised by the British Sandwich & Food to Go Association (the BSA), each year the Grammys of the sandwich world celebrates excellence across the industry, from small independents to established sector giants and nationwide chains. 

On 9th May 2024, over 500 retail, manufacturing and supplier peers came together to celebrate another year’s worth of new products, marketing initiatives, environmental strategies and overall positive performance. During the event, 20 awards were presented, including the Manufacturer of the Year award which was awarded to Regency supplier, Simply Lunch.

Managing Director at Simply Lunch, Sam Page commented:

"I am absolutely thrilled that we have been recognised for our constant drive to improve and push the boundaries over the years.

This award is for everyone at Simply Lunch. This is for our hygiene teams who arrive at our sites at 5am every morning to make sure our equipment is ready for our amazing production teams to start their shifts. It’s for our technical and NPD teams who continue to drive technical and innovation excellence in our factories. It’s for our supply chain teams and every other dept who makes Simply Lunch what it is today.

We are going to enjoy this one for a day or two and then get straight back to striving to improve lives through the delicious food we produce every day.
