On Monday 17 March 2025, hundreds of partners from across the Regency supplier and brand owner network came together at the new venue, DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol South - Cadbury House, to showcase their products, concepts and services at the annual Regency trade show.
The event continues to grow year on year and 2025 was no exception with record numbers of suppliers, brand owners, members and partners in attendance.
Over 50 supply chain partners including food, soft drinks, non-food and commercial services partners shared their new and existing product ranges, discussed new opportunities and partnerships and showcased exciting new concepts. With attendance from the 60-strong Regency team, there were insightful discussions around service levels and future developments, market and consumer trends and of course, plenty of delicious hot and cold food and drink samples, plus some generous giveaways.
Exhibitors included: Bacardi, Bidfood, Booker, Brakes, CCEP, Delicious Ideas, Dole, Froneri, Global Brands, Holdsworth Foods, KFF, Kraft Heinz, Love Joes, Marshfield Ice Cream, Olleco, Pasta King, Pepsico, Screwfix, Suex, Unilever, Waste Connect and many more.
Once the event closed, drinks and dinner was served for over 180 guests at Revo (part of the Regency portfolio of leisure and hospitality businesses) allowing the Regency team, members and valued supply partners to meet in a more relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a range of drinks kindly supplied by our drinks partners and enjoy a fantastic dinner prepared by Regency's very own Development Chef, Andy Chan and his talented team.

The Regency trade show is an eagerly anticipated event our industry's calendar and this year, we pulled out all the stops to make it the biggest and best yet! The show provides our valued suppliers and brand owners the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the Regency team which includes the UK’s largest network of field-based procurement managers, as well as meeting Regency members from across various industries and sectors.
This year, the new venue - Cadbury House - allowed us to accommodate even more supply partners, including over 50 leading brand owners, major food and drinks wholesalers, as well as a selection of fast-growing independent and challenger brands.
On behalf of myself and the entire Regency team, we would like to thank everyone who exhibited, attended and supported us with the 2025 trade show. A huge amount of effort went in to creating what was a hugely insightful day for everyone involved, topped off with a relaxed and informal evening enjoying great food and exceptional company.
We're already planning for next year and have some fantastic ideas to make it another show-stopping event!
