Regency supports launch of new London food hall

With food halls in Sheffield and Manchester, Regency member - Blend Family - have moved down to London for their latest opening. Tower Bridge Collective is a vibrant hub for authentic flavours and a welcoming space for the community.

Spread across two floors, the new food hall opened in October and is just off Shad Thames within steps of the southern side of the bridge, featuring 13 Northern and London-based traders and two bars:

  • Chocolate Bar by Bullion - a bean-to-bar chocolatier who makes the chocolate for the Roald Dahl Museum
  • Leopard Pie - Cult Manchester pizza folk. Get their honey butter ring.
  • Baity - Palestinian dishes, with a 72-hour hummus a must-have
  • Clapping Seoul - Korean fried chicken
  • Mae Thai - Bold home-cooked Thai food
  • Jimmy's Burgers - Passion project using Ginger Pig beef with their Oklahoma burger a big draw
  • +84 - Vietnamese banh mi
  • Fuego 1987 - Cali street food meets Mexican American fusion. Must try? Their hot Cheetos-crusted mac n cheese bites
  • Inamo Sukoshi - sibling brand to Inamo sushi with dragon rolls and chicken katsu curry their signature dishes
  • House of Habesha - Eritrean/Ethiopian fusion food - everything from curries to stews.
  • Sapore - Italian all the way, think schiacciata sandwiches, risotto and gnocchi
  • Thatziki - Greek street food
  • Lakshmi's Indian Kitchen - Reinventing Indian street food.
