Sian Collins celebrates 20-year work anniversary

21 April, 2026

In March, the Regency team proudly celebrated the 20-year work anniversary of Business Development Director, Sian Collins - a truly special milestone for someone who has been at the very heart of Regency Purchasing Group since the very beginning.

Back in 2006, Sian became the company’s first official employee when Alex Demetriou invited her to join him in building something extraordinary, recognising the opportunity to grow buying power far beyond the family’s own estate. From those early days, Sian has been so much more than a driving force behind the business; she has been a constant source of belief, energy and encouragement, not only shaping the direction of Regency but also inspiring Alex and the team to continually raise the bar and strive for more.

Sian's passion, determination and instinctive understanding of the business have left an indelible mark on everything and everyone at Regency, and it is thanks to her dedication and passion that Regency Purchasing Group has grown into the thriving, respected business that it is today. Thank you Sian!

Ben Hoskin, Managing Director of Regency Purchasing Group, shared his reflections on Sian’s journey:

“I am incredibly proud to have spent 17 of Sian’s 20 years at Regency working alongside her. Over that time, we haven’t just grown the business together – we’ve grown as colleagues and, most importantly, as friends. Sian’s journey is a testament to her dedication, resilience and passion, all of which have played such a vital role in Regency’s success.

Alex Demtriou adds a few words:

“It’s amazing that the first person I ever employed in Regency is still with us 20 years later. Sian’s passion and determination have been the cornerstone of what we have built and
her contribution to the business is immeasurable.
One thing is for sure, Regency would not be where it is today without Sian! For two decades, Sian has been a constant driving force, and I remain eternally grateful for her unwavering support. It’s been a privilege to work with Sian – and an even greater privilege to continue working alongside her today.”
